**Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE** + 10% performance bonus based on achieving objectives and targets+benefits

**Location**: Home Based with once a week visit(Monday to the Hammersmith office).

- Communication Skills
- Positive Attitude
- Computer Literacy - Microsoft Office, ~ Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Eager to learn in a growing industry of the future
- HM Land Registry experience
- Wayleave experience

**Beneficial experience**:

- Some internet and broadband knowledge - FTTP Fibre To the Premises
- Administration duties, filing, posting, binding legal documents
- Updating Databases with accurate information
- Negotiation experience (i.e Sales environment) You are:

- Positive
- Willing to learn
- Coachable

**What will your role be?**

**About Us**: F&W Networks are a network operator, we build, manage, and deploy the infrastructure as a network provider for the equipment that brings broadband to homes and businesses. The UK Government would like all homes to have Gigabit broadband available by 2025, we are here to support that mandate.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
