Work with Managers/Rostering Leads/Staff to effectively implement and maintain e-roster and safe care systems across clinical areas and departments.

To provide advanced technical expertise of the healthroster suite of systems and analysis tools used and e-Roster system training

To identify and promote best practice in roster creation and ensure rosters consistently meet the required quality standards.

To deliver complex e-Roster data and analysis to meet operational, management and performance management needs of the Trust.

Responsible for management reports, activity reports, payroll submissions, data submissions and scorecards meet business needs

To support implementation programmes by participating in planning, sequencing and any other programme requirements for e-Rostering.

**Detailed job description and main responsibilities**:
Knowledge and skills in utilising the full Allocate Healthroster Suite of systems will be a key requirement. Experience in the creation, maintenance and training of the Healthroster system, along with excellent interpersonal skills are essential requisites for the role.

The appointed individual will be required to work across departments and different levels of the organisation to inspire, design and support change as well as delivering technical and administrative support. The role will present a number of opportunities to gain exposure to the many facets of e-Rostering.

- Good knowledge and experience in the build, configuration, use and training of Health Roster suite of systems.
- Knowledge,understanding and experience creating robust working rosters within Healthroster.
- Delivering training on e-roster systems in an NHS environment
- Delivering E-Roster training to large, small groups or on a 1:1 basis
- Experience of producing activity reports,payrole and data submissions for Healthroster
