Mfp/printer Field Service Engineer

The expected duties and ideal experience for the successful service engineer are as follows:

- Responding to machine failures within the agreed SLA
- Training staff on sites showing the operational features of the equipment once it is installed
- Liaising with the service desk to ensure calls are completed
- Working towards a first-time-fix
- Providing cover to other areas as required (due to holidays, sick days, etc.)
Skills and experience required:

- Minimum of 1 years experience of MFP/printer engineering
- Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical engineering
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Full and clean UK drivers license
Full in-house training will be provided for this position, as will a vehicle, fuel card, all tools, and a tablet and phone. Previous experience as a field service engineer in the coffee or vending industry is essential for this this position.
