You will ensure seamless restaurant operations from day-to-day & uphold service standards while also actively participating in marketing efforts & community engagement.
- Proven experience in management is essential as well as hands on approach in running the restaurant smoothly
- Extremely approachable & ability to foster a positive culture within the team.
- Operational knowledge, commercial awareness and experience in driving additional sales
- Strong communication, organisation and planning skills
- Experience in event management is a bonus as this is a strong & growing part of the business
- Passion & depth of knowledge of food and wine, with a talent for training & development
