**Job Summary**

Ambourne House Day Nursery is a highly regarded children's nursery based on the a38 close to Aztec West Business Park. We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated senco Lead to join our setting. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week and can be based over 4 days.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

As SENCO, you would be responsible for managing children on SEN support plan and supporting the team, whilst ensuring high quality, nurturing and inspiring environments and high standard of learning experiences for children are achieved and maintained.

**Qualifications and Skills**

You will need to demonstrate knowledge of the EYFS and Safeguarding responsibilities and duties. Knowledge of Montessori is an advantage but not essential as further training is provided. CV's will need to demonstrate a hands-on attitude and inspirational childcare qualities. You will need to be a minimum of Level 3 Qualified. Level 3 SENCO desirable, training is provided.

The position requires an enhanced DBS and references.

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Bristol, BS34 6ND: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
