Orbis Golf are recruiting Golf Development Professional based in Surrey, Hampshire, Middlesex and Hertfordshire. We specialise in working with golf clubs that want to grow and retain their membership, provide a first-class golf academy whilst offering and building links in the local community.

We are passionate about helping PGA Professionals to improve their coaching and understand their business needs and the needs of the golf facility’s, working hard to make sure that you have the tools needed to execute on the Academy Management plan.

Join our team of PGA Professionals and industry experts delivering first class coaching and golfing academies at 11 locations in the south and southeast of England. We are keen to speak to PGA professionals regardless of location with a view to further opportunities on the horizon.

**Overview of Role**

Great opportunities to grow your own coaching business, whilst being incentivised to recruit new members, and retain current members by your host club.

This is a _**self-employed role**_, and you will be joining a thriving business at mature well situated golf clubs, growing the profile of the existing academy whilst being fully supported by Orbis Golf.

The Academy is an integral part of the host club, developing golfers and supporting golf participation and importantly introducing and integrating new members to the Clubs.

Significant earning potential with expected first year earnings of £40000 OTE.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

**Salary**: £40,000.00 per year
