Credit Controller

An opportunity has arisen for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join the Plumbs Finance team.
Hours of work are negotiable with a minimum requirement of 30hours per week. With the option to work half day Friday dependent on the hours worked.
Rate of pay is dependant on experience.
Experience/skills
Required:
MS Office experience essential, in particular excel and word.
Excellent telephone and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent analytic skills.
Excellent at time management and prioritising workloads.
Desirable:
Previous experience debt management/collections.
Sound knowledge of effective collection/invoicing processes.
Previous experience in debt reporting.
Knowledge and experience of reconciling accounts and payment allocation..
Duties Include:
Chase sales agents/subcontractors for confirmation of order fitting dates, deposit, and balance payments.
Chase customers for payments via various communications.
Customer courtesy calls.
Query management and escalation.
Banking and bank statement entries.
Process journals and system transactions.
Support to the Senior Credit Controller as necessary.

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
