**Minimum Qualifications**:

- BA/BS degree in related field required or equivalent experience is perferred.
- Proven experience as a Designer.
- Outstanding communcation skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to act independently.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Excellent design skills utilising the Adobe suite.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial start-up environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and produce all design collaterals essential for Websquare’s in-house and client projects.
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media Content Creator and PR Network Specialist to deliver the designs needed for their respective initiatives.
- Utilise creative skills to create and edit captivating trending viral videos, images, and audio content.
- Conceptualise and design visually appealing graphics, illustrations and layouts for various marketing materials.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with the brand identity in all design elements.
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into visual content creation.
- Work within established timelines to deliver high-quality design assets for different marketing campaigns.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
