**Role: Events Supervisor**

**Location: Shoreditch**

**Salary: £30,000 + bonus + amazing benefits package**

**MONDAY TO FRIDAY - WEEKENDS & BANK HOLIDAYS OFF**

We are recruiting an exciting role for a forward thinking, diverse and fast-growing company that provides outstanding events and workspace for a range of high-profile clients.

The venue offers a real community feel, with a people centric and ethical viewpoint. Members are both fledgling and more mature businesses, providing dynamic and inspirational workspace to meet all business needs. Their buildings take inspiration from the most up and coming venues and as a business they are committed to providing the highest standards of customer service for their prestigious clients.

The venue offers a flexible high quality workspace environment with meeting rooms, chill out areas and a fantastic social space for events.

**The role**:

- To support the day to day running of the workspace operation, meeting and greeting members offering help and advice and making their work life experience as seamless as possible.
- Assist in the management of the building, ensuring the communal areas are clean, building walk rounds, H&S and acting on any maintenance issues.
- Supporting with business administration, assisting with basic IT set up
- Attending networking events, social media drives and being a key part of the planning and organising of community projects and monthly events calendar.
- Promoting the private hire of events spaces, to ensure that all revenue streams are maximised.

**The Person we are looking for**:

- People focused, a great energy and passion for people and culture
- Enjoys networking and being a part of a community
- Strong IT skills, strong administration skills, excellent organisation with a proactive attitude and work ethic.
- Someone who is ethical, can show empathy and genuinely cares about people.
- Experience in hospitality, event spaces or serviced offices is the desirable background.

**Pay and Benefits**:

- Salary £30,000 per annum + annual bonus
- Mon - Fri (opening hours 8am to 6pm plus some evening work)
- Weekends & bank holidays off
