Apprentice Surveyor

Complete Fixing Solutions are looking for an Apprentice Surveyor who will be primarily focused on Estimating but also required to assist the Commercial Manager, Managing Director and Project Directors in their duties.
- The role will require the analysis of drawings, breaking down each element and allocate rates for tenders
- Assist the Commercial Manager in their duties which include but are not limited to;
- prepare and analyse project costings for tenders
- prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- perform risk, value management and cost control
- undertake cost analysis
- identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks
- analyse outcomes and write progress reports
- a graduate is preferred but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
