Overview:
We have an opportunity available for a part time Support Worker to join the team at our Supported Living Service, Upper Dicconson Street based in Wigan Lancashire WN1 2AG.

Our supported housing services is all about creating a positive environment which encourages service users to move towards independent living.

The team supports and helps build confidence and life skills that our service users need to achieve their goals and aspirations.

**Salary**:£12 per hour

Hours: 25 per week

**Responsibilities**:

Look no further than working with us here at Making Space As a Support Worker in Supported Living you'll be supporting adults on a person-centered basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation.

From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same. That's why we're looking for someone who can think on their feet and truly understand our clients' needs with a big smile that lights up our service users' faces.

We're not too concerned about qualifications for this role; we're more interested in your values and how you build relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues. Qualifications:
It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
