We provide a safe and caring home for young people aged 10 to 14 with EBD. Nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Northallerton, North Yorkshire, our 6-bedroom house boasts expansive grounds, creating an ideal space for growth and development. Currently, we have two young individuals in residence.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the lives of our young residents. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing essential emotional and practical support to young people with EBD.
- Assisting with daily activities, school transportation, and recreational outings.
- Collaborating with fellow team members to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Adapting to the needs of each young person, whether one-to-one or group support.

Key Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:

- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with young people, colleagues, and external partners.
- A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle to facilitate transportation.
- The ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
- The legal right to work in the UK.

Working Hours and Compensation:

- Shift pattern: Week 1: 30 Hours, Week 2: 45 Hours.
- Hours: 7 am to 10 pm.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Bank Work is also available (Pick your own shifts)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per year
