**About the Role**

We’re looking for a temporary warehouse supervisor to be the main contact for Shackleton in a third party managed warehouse. The role will involve;
- Managing all incoming stock with a high level of accuracy including stock counting, checking all products are correctly labelled with pricing and bar codes and putting away in the correct location and reporting any discrepancies;
- Fulfilling customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, minimising mispicks and adhering to our luxury packing standards;
- Updating inventory management systems of all stock movement;
- Arranging the picking and packing of store transfers or samples and liaising with ad-hoc courier service providers;
- Regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy;
- Receiving in customer returns promptly, assessing they are in a resalable condition and updating our returns system and returning items to stock or processing exchanges;
- Monitoring usage of packaging and flagging for re-order;
- Regular communication with the Ops team regarding discrepancies, product write offs and customer issues.

**About you**:
The successful applicant will possess the following experience and qualities;
- experience of working in a warehouse and knowledge of warehouse management systems
- computer literate and knowledge of Google Workspace
- good attention to detail and a drive to get things right first time
- great verbal and written communication skills
- a can-do attitude
- highly organised and able to maintain accuracy in a busy environment
- able to work on own initiative

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
