As an admin assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a good experience when they contact us. You will be the first point of contact for clients and will be responsible for creating a positive first impression.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about our taxi services and assist with booking inquiries.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage and schedule appointments for clients.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and approachable personality.
- Good organisational skills.
- Knowledge of Local Area is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
