We’re looking for a super Project Coordinator to join us.

**A few things you probably need to knowYou ideally need a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a project management role. The role would be working across several clients across a mix of integrated branding, digital and print projects to ensure the smooth running and delivery of projects. You’ll liaise and build strong relationships with clients and the internal team to ensure successful completion of projects, managing project deadlines, budgets and administration. This is a brand new role so you’ll have the freedom and flexibility to make the role your own.**

Skills to pay the bills
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience of working in a project management role
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Adept in planning and co-ordinating timelines, schedules and project plans
- Commercially minded
- Strong attention to detail
- Delivery focused
- Self-starter, uses initiative
- Fast-learner and multi-tasker
- Sociable with a desire to work in a motivated & fun team

It would be awesome (and we’d really love you) if you also have any of the desirable skills we’re looking for
- Previous experience of working in an agency environment
- Experience of HubSpot

What you’ll be doing
- You’ll be part of the team managing the relationship with clients
- You’ll be responsible for project planning, scheduling and resource management
- Responsible for project risk management and quality control
- Responsible for communicating project plans and statuses to both clients and internal team
- Be responsible for quality assurance on any work that leaves the business
- Maintain and measure project profitability
- Ensure client projects are delivered on time and to budget
- Documentation and development of project delivery processes
- Lead on process analysis and continuous improvements
- Documenting your work within our job CRM system
