**The Person**
The Night Baker will have:
- Minimum of two years' experience in a bakery production role
- Excellent ability working independently and as part of a team
- Organised and capable of multi-tasking with exceptional attention to detail
- A passion for artisan baking, breads, pastries, and cakes
- High standards of personal hygiene and personal appearance
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Reliable means of transport to Wantage is essential
