Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fryer to join our culinary team at our restaurant. As a Fryer, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of fried foods to perfection. Your attention to detail and commitment to food safety will contribute to the overall success of our kitchen.

**Duties**:

- Operate deep fryers and other kitchen equipment to cook a variety of fried foods
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Monitor oil temperature and adjust as needed for optimal cooking results
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the fry station and surrounding areas
- Assist with meal preparation and other kitchen duties as needed

**Skills**:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: £6.00-£11.70 per hour

**Experience**:

- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
- Kitchen experience: 1 year (preferred)
