**Floor Supervisor**

**Overview**:
Join our team as a Floor Supervisor at Bolt, a thriving establishment known for its exceptional service and hospitality. Working shifts are from 7.30am-4pm, most of our guys work five out of six days (part-time optional) and we close on Sundays. Your key responsibilty will be taking customer orders on a handheld Epos, delivering daily award wining Customer Service with a smile

As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our Restaurant floor, ensuring top-notch customer service and maintaining high standards of excellence. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for leadership and team management to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise all activities on the Restaurant floor to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Lead and mentor the floor staff, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with other departments such as kitchen staff and servers to coordinate seamless service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in ordering supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation to meet operational needs.
- Uphold food safety standards, cleanliness protocols, and compliance with regulations to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in scheduling shifts, managing payroll, and optimizing staffing levels to meet business demands.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in team management, leadership, and supervising operations in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices, bartending techniques, kitchen operations, and overall hospitality industry standards.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality service delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers, staff, and management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 45 per week
