**Qualified Dispenser | Borehamwood | Monday-Friday 9am-6pm | £28,000 - £31,000 per annum DoE**

Med Mart Ltd is an online-based pharmacy providing a golden standard pharmacy service of both NHS and private prescription services throughout the UK.

You will be self-motivated, physically fit and have a willingness to learn and work as part of the team.

You must possess good attention to detail and produce work to the required standard. Confidentiality is paramount, therefore having a professional manner is essential and you will be required to sign and abide by our confidentiality agreement.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy dispensing team providing support and high-quality service to suppliers and clinical staff.

**Are you the right person for the job?**

If you have/are the following, then the answer is yes
- You will, ideally, have at least **2 years **of Dispensary experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work to strict protocols and have good attention to details
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as your own initiative
- To communicate effectively with an exceptional phone manner
- Competent IT skills

**What will your role look like?**
- You will help with all dispensing matters within the pharmacy
- Supporting the management team with financial aspects of the dispensary, ensuring all dispensary is profitable, efficient, and effective in line with the GPHC standard and superintendent instructions
- Attendance at, and input to, pharmacy meeting as appropriate
- Overseeing the sorting of prescriptions, checking endorsements, preparing forms, and submitting prescriptions monthly to the prescription pricing authority (PPA), Preparing vaccine list, and dealing prescriptions returned to the PPA
- Working with the dispensary team to facilitate the smooth running of the dispensary and cover their responsibility in their absence
