Teaching personnel are after an inspiring and talented individual to teach Mathematics in a secondary school in the Truro area. The school holds a friendly environment, with emphasis on supporting you to be the best, to achieve a positive outcome for thestudents. This position is temporary and full-time, but it holds the opportunity to be full-time for the right person. This role is to start immediately, and includes planning, preparation and marking (which will be reflected in the pay).

Teaching duties and responsibilities:

- To be able to direct pupils learning through the correct teaching procedure, which lines up with the correct curriculum. This will include planning, preparation and marking, which the pay will reflect.
- To ensure progression and solidarity in all classes, and consistency in learning.
- To deliver lessons in a wide variety of methods, and to ensure that all students have the same opportunity of learning and understanding.
- To work alongside other departments, including SENCO team, and to ensure that all students are involved and engaged in the learning. Also, to develop work in your department and contribute to the effectiveness in the department.
- To make sure that students are working at the correct level and making sure the level of learning is being maximised to the full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
