The Britannia Inn Glasgow is situated next to Charing Cross Train Station and near to Glasgow International Airport. The Hotel boasts 278 bedrooms, and a modern-style restaurant for breakfasts and evening meals.

**As Nights Team Member, you will be required to**:

- Check guests in and out
- Run the Nights Audit
- Answering the telephone and address all enquiries
- Deal with any guest requests
- Follow hotel fire regulations and procedures
- Follow all Nights procedures and any other duties as and when required
- Complete nights cleaning checklist
