The primary purpose of this role is to partner with the Supply Chain team in the pursuit of operational excellence and cost. Responsibilities include defining and ensuring the delivery of the financial objectives as well as realizing and judging risks andopportunities. This position provides insights on operating results and clarifies key performance indicators for value creation roadmap.

**What are we looking for?**
- Business Acumen including knowledge of Supply Chain
- Experience of working within FMCG industry or similar fast paced environment

**What will be your key responsibilities?**
- Provides business partnering and financial guidance in the following capacity:

- Contributes to an engaging, high performance learning environment
- Serve as the Finance Business Partner to segment of Supply Chain:

- providing financial advice to ensure sound financial and operational decisions
- support strategy definition and implementation
- developing and evaluating longer term strategies
- validate forecasts and investment plans
- Actively partner with the Supply Chain team to drive performance and meet financial shape commitments.
- Ongoing analysis of trends (periodic and vs previous year(s) of shape development and make recommendations to drive value creation and the simplicity agenda
- Identifying business issues and opportunities and making recommendations for future actions.
- Providing insights and thorough inputs to the operating plan, revised forecasts, and strategic planning cycles.
- Challenge the Supply chain team with external insights and competitive intelligence to drive performance.
- Drives Supply Chain efficiencies & continuous improvement as part of the DiB agenda.
- Contributes to the culture of accountability and responsibility by tracking action plans for key initiatives, addressing root cause issues to drive sustainable operating improvements. Identify trade-offs and escalate operating plan variances as appropriate.

**Scope**
- Reports to the Global Supply CFO and supports him In driving the Finance of Tomorrow agenda across food supply
- Member of the External Manufacturing team, supports them in driving the EM agenda and ensure the delivery of the financial results in the short and long term
- Cooperate with MGSF and Financial controllers to ensure proper data accuracy over the EM financial data and reporting
- Work closely with supply finance teams in ensuring harmonized tools and reporting are in place in all areas which are in the scope of the job.
- Support Global supply Chain director in having the right level of visibility over the supply chain performance and cooperate with local supply finance teams on ad hoc projects
