Foreman Joiner

Foreman Joiner required. Working mostly but not limited to home extensions.

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of construction and finishing duties to high standards. Have the ability to read and understand construction drawings.

You will have the ability to use the necessary power tools and plant safely, as well as the ability to follow all safety procedures on site.

You will be time served.

You’ll bring an organised but flexible approach and the ability to meet deadlines.

You will be able to install doors, windows, kitchens, floors, skirting, architraves, ceilings, stud partition walls and plasterboard linings. Make various adjustments to fixtures and fittings. Worktop mitres essential.

You will be able to select and quantify materials to match design specifications including ordering. Understand drawings, plans and written or spoken instructions.

You must have experience in an insurance reinstatement, new build, maintenance or contract environment, including assessing and inspecting jobs, updating records and great customer service skills.

A full UK driving license is essential for this role.

**Salary**: £15.00-£25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 5 years (preferred)
- Carpentry: 5 years (preferred)
