There is no equivalent postgraduate degree that combines our alternative approach to policymaking, with a focus on structural change and innovation.

**About the role**:
The Teaching Fellow will be responsible for supporting the successful operational delivery of IIPP’s MPA programme in compliance with all UCL academic regulations. This will include acting as a first point of contact for students with queries about routine processes, such as Extenuating Circumstances, and for PGTAs and Module Leads regarding administrative activities. The Teaching Fellow will act as a partner to the Senior Teaching and Learning Administrator (Grade 7) and the Stakeholder Partnerships Manager (Grade 7) managing the MPA’s placements, and they will support the Deputy Director (Academic), who will take over other elements of the Head of Teaching role, such as Exam Boards and Academic Misconduct Panels.

Provide prompt and authoritative advice to students, PGTAs, and module leads with queries about UCL and IIPP policies and procedures. Engage with teaching leads across the Bartlett Faculty to share best practices and ensure that IIPP contributes as needed to Faculty
