A fantastic Nottingham-based PR Agency is looking for a Public Relations Consultant / Account Director to join their Senior Team. This agency is well established and holds a fantastic reputation. They have an impressive portfolio of B2B and B2C clients andare also committed to making a positive impact, using their expertise to support local businesses and charities.
Job description:
As this agency's next PR Consultant, you'll be a highly valued member of the Senior Team. You'll be expected to drive both the success of your team and the business itself. You'll need to be highly strategic and passionate about work - keen to share you enthusiasmwith the rest of your team.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Being fully responsible for managing projects, day-to-day activities, and key client accounts
- Building excellent client relationships and maintaining rigorous quality standards for all work produced
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of your clients' marketing and business strategies, and developing campaigns which deliver KPI's and objectives
- Using your expertise to mentor and direct junior team members, ensuring all work is prioritised and managed effectively
- Helping to drive the agency's business strategy by assisting in new business development
**Experience**:
In order to be considered for this PR Consultant position, you must be able to demonstrate:

- 5+ years' experience working in a PR agency
- Confidence pitching to clients and into the media
- An excellent well-established network of industry and press contacts
- Brilliant communication and leadership capabilities
- An impressive track record of successful PR campaigns across a range of clients
- A broad understanding of wider marketing concepts
Remuneration:
This agency is offering a highly competitive salary, annual bonus plan and holiday allowance, flexible working, annual training allowances, and plenty of team socials.
This position is commutable from Nottinghamshire, Leicester, Derby, Newark-on-Trent, Loughborough, Burton upon Trent and more.
