- The Company
- A fast-paced manufacturing company looking for a Deburrer to grow the team.
- The Role
- General Duties:
- Identify correct procedure to remove burrs from components using available tools including hand tools and machines where necessary.
- Identify and understand use of different tools to deburr each new component
- Understand all deburring methods and in some cases, identify a process of trialling each until most suitable method is found for that component
- Good eye for detail with excellent hand/eye coordination to ensure satisfactory results.

Machines to be set and operated (Training will be provided where needed):
- Drilling Machine (for light countersinks/ edge breaks etc)
- Lathes for polishing and deburring
- Vacublast (Beadblaster)
- Sanding Belt
- Gratomat Gear Chamfering Machine
- Honing Machine
- Roll-marking
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Experience working in a similar role in a manufacturing/engineering environment
- Salary
- The salary offered for this position is £20,000- £30,000 depending on experience plus a performance-related bonus.
