Salopian Maintenance are looking for new personnel to join their team.

We are looking for a hardworking, driven, enthusiastic operative, willing to learn new skills. (DRIVERS LICENCE REQUIRED)

**Daily responsibilities will include**:

- General labouring
- Site clearance and general tidying
- Moving materials
- Assisting with deliveries if required
- May need to assist with trades on site (training will be provided if necessary)
- Heavy lifting

**Required**:

- Able to learn new skills quickly and adapt to new environments
- Ability to work well in a team
- Polite and punctual
- Work well to timescales
- A drivers licence is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar environment desirable
- Abide by Health & Safety policies
- Able to work on own initiative
- Communicate and provide feedback to supervisors

Skill in the following trades desirable: Carpentry, Masonry, groundworker, plastering, roofing, painting, multi trades, roofline

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

In house training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £90.00-£120.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
