**I am recruiting for a SHIPPING CLERK to join a well established freight forwarding company in the Dagenham area. You will be responsible for handling deep sea and roadfreight shipments**

**Daily duties will include**:

- Import / export of European road groupage trailers
- Import export of worldwide deep sea containers
- Creating files in software
- Processing collection and delivery orders
- Arranging domestic transport
- Preparing clearance documentation
- Invoicing files
- Dealing with client and agent queries

**Experience needed**:

- Deep sea shipping is essential
- Roadfreight experience essential
- Competent in import export customs procedures
- Knowledge of cargowise advantageous

**Working hours**:

- Monday - Friday 0900am - 1730pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
