**Your Role in a Nutshell**:
Your goal is to establish authentic connections and generate interest in our services. Collaborating with Marketing, Client Services and the New Business Lead, you will be an integral part of the process in identifying and qualifying prospects, making calls, and booking meetings to convert potential clients into valued partners.

Your efforts will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities and nurturing prospects to fuel our growth.

**Day to day**:

- Lead generation ownership: Take ownership of our lead generation activities and be responsible for sourcing and qualifying potential new clients. Identify and engage with decision-makers to create opportunities for the wider sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies, leverage marketing assets, and coordinate outreach efforts. Provide valuable feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to optimise lead generation activities.
- Prospect identification and research: Working with internal stakeholders to conduct thorough research to identify potential target clients and industries. Gather insights on client needs, pain points, and market trends to tailor outreach efforts and maximise the chances of success.
- Database management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and lead data in our CRM system (Hubspot). Ensure proper segmentation and tagging for effective tracking, follow-up, and reporting on lead generation activities.
- Collaborate with sales team: Work closely with the wider sales team to provide qualified leads and support efforts in converting prospects into clients. Assist in scheduling appointments, preparing materials, and coordinating follow-up activities to enhance the sales process.
- Continuous improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new tools or techniques for lead generation. Seek opportunities for process optimisation and contribute ideas to enhance lead generation effectiveness.
- Support in responding to RFPs, collating supporting materials and pulling together all relevant documentation (such as relevant policies, insurances etc)
- Working with marketing to pull together sales collateral and assets such as client case studies

- Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Hubspot and Mailchimp) and lead management processes.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Adaptability to evolving market dynamics and willingness to embrace new lead generation techniques.
- Continuous learning mentality to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
