We are seeking a professional person who is enthusiastic and customer focused, to provide excellent customer service to our patients.

You will be working as a part of a successful and hard working reception team.

**The Role**:

- Promoting a professional image and being knowledgeable about the services the practice provides.
- Answering the telephone in a friendly, helpful and courteous manner.
- Making all the necessary patient checks in accordance with practice policy.
- Completing patient recalls and appointment reminder calls.
- Helping practice with general day to day queries regarding their software system.

**Your Experience**:

- A good standard of general education.
- Previous Receptionist or customer service experience
- Highly motivated, friendly, flexible, reliable and organised.

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
