Handyman (Ft)

We are currently hiring a Handyman to work across the Central London area.

**Description of Job**:

- Arrive at the site and meet Ecomaster Tech.
- Report to Hotel Ops Manager.
- Remove old dispensers in the shower and above the sink in the bathroom.
- Fill the old drill hole with silicone.
- Make one new hole for a new fitting.
- Re-fit single dispenser above sink & twin dispenser in the shower.
- There may be the need to remove rusty fixings and pack out current holes/remove old silicon from walls especially if the old fixings have been ripped off and need to be re-attached.
- Cleaning materials and cloth (client will provide)
- Commencement date 20/02/23 or thereafter.
- Own vehicle is required however, Paul is prepared to pay 1hr travel expenses or 60miles whichever is easiest, and asks if it is possible for the 2 men to share a vehicle - if possible, but always going to be able to.
- Paul asks that you ensure you recruit centrally to where most hotels are located/live as locally as possible.
- Overnight accommodation can potentially be provided.

**Southwest**:£17 per hour.

**Working hours**:9 - 5 Monday to Friday.

Wear a black uniform e.g. black tee shirt/trousers and safety boots.

**Ecomaster will provide a high viz jacket with the Ecomaster logo and these trades will need the following**:

- Good quality drill gun which can go through tiles.
- Scraper to remove old silicone.
- Silicon gun.
- Drill bits & screw bits - if any break company can provide some.

Ecomaster will provide silicon and all the fixing come with the dispenser which is to be fitted. Ecomaster will also provide a small vacuum.
