**Key Responsibilities**_**_
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing change projects, tasks, and logistics UK wide
- Managing day-to-day small moves, office reconfigurations, and replacement furniture requests
- Generating tasks and requests for maintenance or services that are related to moves and/or engineering services
- Deliver the works as required in the most convenient and cost-effective manner, working closely with sub-contractors to make sure a smooth seamless service is being delivered as per agreement
- Compile reports, quotations, raise PO’s and work with MAC team daily
- Keep track of all work in progress and completed works to align with financial budgets monthly

**Professional and personal competencies/qualifications**_**_
- Demonstrate experience in managing financial tracking and operations
- Demonstrate experience of estimating project costs, and presenting high quality cost documents to customers
- Demonstrate experience of managing and coordinating move projects
- Full Driving License is required
- Willingness to travel when required
- Demonstrate experience of managing time to deliver quality information to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of using Facil (FM Management system) would be preferred
- Computer literacy, competent with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Office 365
