Commercial Account Handler

A Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance broker providing Insurance solutions to both businesses and individual with offices in Cheltenham now have the opportunity for an Account Handler to join their team.

Key accountabilities will include:

- Meet deadlines set by Senior and Account Executives for delegated tasks.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support client retention.
- Deliver agreed customer service targets and quality levels for Senior/Account Executive customers
- Give suitable advice to customers within the FCA regulatory framework
- Adhere to procedures for customer debt

The Account Handler will also have the following;
- General insurance knowledge gained in a Broking or Insurance Company environment.
- Certificate in Insurance (working towards Diploma).
- Positive and enthusiastic communication skills that can be adapted to internal and external key stakeholders.
- Individual accountability with the ability to spot and identify opportunities and provide solutions.
- Strong attention to detail.
