We are a rapidly growing Butchery/Deli located in Carmarthen. Our flagship product is Carmarthen Ham—a PGI protected Air Dried Cured Ham. We take pride in offering exceptional food products and outstanding customer experiences.
**Responsibilities**:
Cut, trim and prepare meat products for sale
Ensure that all meat is prepared and packaged to a high standard
Keep a clean and organized work area
Provide excellent customer service
Follow all health and safety regulations
**Requirements**:
At least 2 years of experience as a butcher
Knowledge of different cuts of meat and meat products
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Welsh speaking a plus, but not essential
**Job Type**:
Full-time
**Salary**:
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. Plus a generous benefits package.
**Location**:
Predominantly Carmarthen Market, with occasional work in Pembroke Dock Market or at the factory.
