Milk Education is working closely with a secondary school in Stretford, Trafford, and is seeking a humanitarian supply teacher. This job is on a day-to-day basis with the potential of the school taking you on a more permanent basis.

**Responsibilities**:
- Providing support for pupils across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
- Supporting the development of individual education and overall pupil progress.
- Have a positive mental attitude and be a good communicator both with children and colleagues.
- Providing regular support to pupils toward their objectives and helping them achieve these.
- Ensuring you can manage a classroom effectively and efficiently
- Monitoring pupils’ responses and progress to learning activities whilst implementing methods to further pupils’ progress and achieve intended learning outcomes.
**Role requirements**:
- Strong passion for children’s progression and learning.
- QTS for the teacher role
- Previous teaching experience or experience with children in a relevant setting.
- Experience working with children within the last two years
- Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
