**Job Purpose**: To make you the very best printer, so that you are respected by your peers and earning a great salary. You will be part of a tight knit team that delivers world class printed labels to the Beers, Wines and Spirits industry. You will be trained to master the most advanced technology in the field of printing and packaging.

**Training Structure**:Your first year will be spent rotating around the business and you will see all parts of the production area, including working on a variety of printing and finishing presses. After that you will be assigned to a specialism to polish up your skills.

During the 2 years you will have the support of a mentor, who will help you find your way and coach you with their expertise. You will have the assistance of your line manager and regular meetings with the company owner to ensure you are happy and meeting the required standards.

**Responsibilities**
- To work in a safe manner and ensure the safety of those around you
- Operate printing technology to the highest degree of accuracy
- Commit to being a part of, and working for, the good of the team
- Being on time and properly prepared for your work
- Working in a clean, tidy and consistent manner
- Able to problem solve independently
- Maintaining high levels of concentration at all times
- Excellent attention to detail
- Diligently complete all paperwork

**Requirements**:

- GCSE Maths and English Grades A-C

**Administration**
- Salary between £20,000 - £24,000
- Hours 39/week, Monday to Friday, day shift only
- Holiday 22 days per year (not including bank holidays), increasing with length of service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
