Administrator (Vehicle Rental)

**SCOPE OF ROLE**:
This role will take responsibility for the processing and management of vehicle subscription paperwork.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage customer bookings from booking to collection of vehicle
- Send and chase Rental Agreements
- Check customer ID and contracts
- Invoice rental
- Process payments on Gocardless, stripe and BACS
- Set up direct debits
- Payment allocation on both Pro hire and Sage (when needed).
- Process extension requests
- Chase extension requests with the sales team
- Process customer end of contract
- Work out excess mileage charge
- Invoicing of rental, damage, fuel, mileage
- Raise credit notes/decide if a credit is due.
- Answer customer queries on End of contract
- Weekly Insurance chasing
- Monthly Insurance reminders
- Work with the credit controller to highlight customer debt
- Support the account managers with customer queries.
- Work with branches in order to complete customer bookings.
**KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES**
- Vehicle Rental experience is desirable, but not essential as training can be given
- Problem solving and ‘can do’ approach
- Attention to detail - meticulous, thorough and right first time mentality
- Time management and ability to prioritise workloads
- Commercial awareness
- Data management - including use of customer’s personal data
- Lateral thinking and use of initiative to solve day to day issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: Up to £27,000.00 per year
