Here at Vertu Volvo Truro we are looking to recruit a Showroom Host to come and join us at our fantastic dealership

This is a permanent position offering £21,673 per annum plus excellent company benefits.

This is an exciting time to join our team, and the Volvo brand, as new models are being introduced in 2023 including the stunning EX90

As our Showroom Host you will receive dedicated brand training which will support your product knowledge and development. The Showroom Host roles are one of the most important roles in our Dealership. You will be our customers first point of contact when visiting our site. This is a pro-active role where first impressions are critically important. From a polite and attentive welcome for face to face customers, to a timely, professional and helpful answer to all calls.

You will be required to meet and greet all customers on arrival to the showroom and ensure that their time at the showroom is an exceptional and enjoyable experience. You will also be required to replenish stocks of brochures/ tea and coffee facilities etc. and cover the reception phones.

Experience of customer service or a customer facing role would be beneficial for these positions. You will be an enthusiastic and flexible individual with a keen eye for detail, be exceptionally organised and have great dedication to customer service with excellent communication skills
