WILLOW CARE SERVICES ARE RECRUITING 2 field care supervisors.

This is to predominantly cover evenings and alternate weekends

YOU WILL BE TRAVELLING TO AND FROM CLIENTS HOMES WITHIN THE COMMUNITY, AREAS COVERED CURRENTLY ARE SAPCOTE, BURBAGE, NARBOROUGH, HINCKLEY. Newbold verdon, Groby. CARE CALLS CAN BE 30 MINUTES UPWARDS.

field care supervisors will cover the business during evenings and weekends, this will be covering client calls, checking staff have logged in and out, dealing with any enquiries and various other tasks.

We are looking for committed and caring individuals to join our team of Care staff. We are seeking self-motivated individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is able to follow clear, concise instructions and work in a team environment. Each day, the Care Worker will be providing in-home support for our clients, with duties related to personal care, housekeeping, laundry, companionship and meal preparation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and other governmental regulations.
- Use good judgement when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers.
- Demonstrate proper infection control measures.
- Log in and out of care calls and complete care notes
- Enhanced DBS required by applicant and two references

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
