Assistant Range Planner

As one of our Assistant Range Planners you'll work closely with the Range Planner, Buying team and Supply teams to build the optimum range structure split by ‘Good, Better, Best’ into planogram communication.

Our Assistant Range Planners support the delivery of the range change programme ensuring new ranges are communicated in line with agreed timescales and to a ‘Right First Time’ standard.

You'll also support Range Planners and categories in building ranges for stores in line with agreed timelines.

**Fixed Term Contract for up to 12 months covering maternity leave.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Builds planograms in Spaceman using agreed principles agreed with the range planner e.g. SKU list, stocking rules and merchandising criteria
- Works with POS team to ensure the right POS in included on planograms
- Builds planograms in the test bed for review with key stakeholders
- Ensures data integrity of the planograms within Spaceman
- Works with macro space team to agree plan for upload of planograms to meet go live dates
- Responds to calls from stores where there are planogram queries and solves or escalates as appropriate
- Supports the ongoing maintenance of the Test Bed to ensure:

- Stock can be booked in and out by all parties
- Rota of usage is managed and any training sessions or sign-offs are booked in as appropriate
- Environment is kept clean and tidy to agreed standards
- Management and regular audit of stock

**Key Skills/Experience**
- Good level of commercial awareness
- Diligent and good attention to detail
- A passion for visual merchandising
- Ability to use Spaceman (training provided)

**Hybrid** working but some travel to our support centre in Redditch Worcestershire will be required at times.**
