**Salary: £28,000- £35,000 DOE**

**Reports to: Practice Manager**

Our client is a well-established Wealth Management company in a popular Nottingham suburb They’re looking for a bright and switched-on individual who is ready to learn and join their proactive team. They pride themselves in offering the very best customerservice. Your main job role is to provide administrative support to the Partner/Practice Manager to ensure that the Partner’s relationships with their clients can be optimised and assist with the daily operation of the office. This role may have the potentialfor hybrid working once the individual is established and confident in the role.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level technical and administrative support to the Partner, Paraplanner and Practice Manager
- Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication
- Prepare files including compliance required documentation; research; illustrations and supporting documentation
- Maintain all tasks and comprehensive notes within Salesforce in line with company standards
- Produce basic suitability letters as required
- Providing an excellent client experience when they visit the office
- Key holder for the practice office

**Knowledge and experience**:

- Previous experience in an office support role, ideally in financial services or related sector
- Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation (desirable)
- Experience with client management systems such as Salesforce
- Knowledge and experience in dealing with Trust documentation

**Skills and behaviours**:

- Excellent face-to-face and telephone client interaction skills and ability to build rapport swiftly
- Excellent written communication skills
- Broad experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Good organisation skills
- Strong attention to detail
