Here at Serco we are recruiting for a PMO Coordinator to support the delivery of an accurate, effective coordination and reporting service for all projects supporting the Hertfordshire County Council’s, Lincolnshire County Council’s or Peterborough City Council’s Programme.

You will provide support and guidance to Project Managers to ensure adherence to delivery and quality standards, present reports on delivery performance in line with project proposals, acceptance criteria and contractual KPIs and PIs.

You will support the PMO Officers and other PMO team members in making sure a variety of tasks are completed within a timely manner or against the required deadlines.

**What you’ll need to do the role**:
You will have excellent communications skills and an understanding of KPI’s making sure these meet their deadlines, administrating and chasing to make sure the Programmes stay on track, recognising and escalating where a KPI is at risk of not being met.
