Sous Chef - Monday to Friday - Premium B&I site - Surbiton
Are you a chef with a Contract Catering background looking for the next step in your career? You will come with experience in contract catering, preferably within a B&I setting. You will be a standards orientated operator with a drive to deliver high standards across the kitchen.
As Sous Chef you will get the chance to be involved in all aspects of kitchen management including;
- Motivating and leading the team,
- Ensuring food standards are kept high
- Ordering and supplier liaison
- Potential for putting your ideas forward for the menu
- Ensuring all HACCP and COSHH requirements.
- Head Chef or Sous Chef experience within Contract Catering
- You must be personable and a good communicator as a crucial part of the role will involve your liaison with the client on site
- You will need to show drive, ambition and an ability to motivate and nurture talent within the team.

In return for all your hard work you will be paid a salary of up to £30,000 per year and be given every opportunity to progress and develop with-in the business.
