**The Role**:
As Senior Production Operative you will be responsible for supervising a small team ensuing their operational success by meeting production and quality targets and maintaining a safe working environment. You will report to Production Team Leader and collaborate effectively with teams from other areas.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supervising a high performance team, ensuring they work according to production plans and standards.
- Delegating daily roles to production operatives.
- Drive operational excellence through implementing daily production plans toward on time and in full delivery.
- Ensuring the quality and safety of our products by monitoring and recording all CCPs.
- Facilitating equipment and area clean downs between production runs and end of day, adhering to all hygiene and allergen standards.
- Communicate effectively with Production Team Leader, keeping them informed of daily matters and escalating issues when necessary.
- Contributing to daily briefings, ensuring excellent communication between different areas.
- Proactively instilling a culture of dedication, enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards work.
- Maintaining excellent health and safety standards in all areas.
- Complete return to work interviews following absences.
- Manage working relationships at the informal stage.
