**DAYS AND TIMES - MON- FRI: 08.30 - 15.30**

**LENGTH OF CONTRACT - IMMEDIATE TILL JULY 2023 MINIMUM**

**PAY: £80 DAILY RATE**

**MUST BE ABLE WORK MONDAY TO FRIDAY 08:30 :15:30, NONE NEGOTIABLE**

REED Education is working in collaboration with a Primary School based in Kidderminster, Worcestershiite, that is looking to appoint a teaching assistant to join them immediately
The teaching assistant role is a rewarding job that provides a wealth of experience, to both the child and the adult. A Teaching Assistant provides support within the classroom by either supporting teaching and learning within the classroom or by working withstudents in small groups.
Some of the day-to-day duties will include assisting with lesson plans, supporting children across the curriculum, providing extra assistance to children with special needs. A "good" teaching assistant will be someone has who good communication skills and cancommunicate clearly to teachers and students, can show compassion and sensitivity towards children and has a good understanding of the national curriculum.
- Have a level 2 or Level 3 or an equivalent qualification
- Have experience of supporting teaching and learning within the classroom
- Have an in sight of supporting children with special educational needs
- Seek to make learning enjoyable for keen, inquisitive minds
- Be able to support EAL students
- Be able to make a positive impact in and around the school setting
- Form positive relationships with parents and guardians
- Have a thorough understanding of the school safeguarding regulations
- Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to pay £38 for a new check.
