IT Support Analyst | Up to £35,000 | Cheltenham
**Your new company**
A prestigious law firm, focussed on being personally invested with their clients and the major corporations they work alongside. They are based in Cheltenham but hold international offices. They value running their business responsibly and make a consciouseffort to increase their inclusion, social impact and environmental commitments.
**Your new role**
As a IT support analyst you will be working as part of a team to provide high quality support and assistance on all aspects of their IT departments. whilst predominantly based in Cheltenham you will also be involved in providing support to offices in Londonwhich you have a chance to visit.
Key responsibilities will be;
- Providing telephone and desk-side support to the Cheltenham office and other offices when required
- Assist in setup of internal or external virtual meetings.
- Investigate issues with collaborative equipment. Liaise with the 3rd party supplies and ensure resolution.
- Configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of mulit-functional devices, printers and secure print/cost recovery system.
- Promoting IT use to staff
- Deployment and maintenance of mobile devices.
- Provide cover of the service desk when required.
ITIL aware
Sound troubleshooting skills
Good knowledge of Windows 10
Experience of supporting Multi-Functional Devices and printers
Experience of supporting mobile devices including iPhones
Experience of using an Incident Management system
Experience of Cisco Maintenance an advantage
