We are looking for an office administration/accounts assistant. An immediate/quick start is requested. The role will support both the Managing Director and Finance Manager.

This role requires a confident, organised individual able to prioritise and manage a varied workload. You will need to have excellent interpersonal, and communication skills, and be able to work as part of a small team with a “can do” attitude. In this role you will be responsible for:
Processing and placing supplier orders

Answering all phone calls received into the office

Dealing with visitors to the office

Organising delivery of goods to customers

Raising all sales invoices for customers

Matching supplier purchase invoices

Posting supplier invoices to Sage

However this list is not exhaustive, and working as part of a small team we are looking for someone who can pitch in with many varied tasks.

Experience of Sage and Microsoft packages is highly desirable, and accounts experience is essential.

This is a great opportunity for someone to expand their knowledge and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per year
