Parts Advisor

To ensure that all required parts for any particular repair or service and additional accessories are available or procured at the earliest opportunity.
- To maintain stock control system.
- To ensure that all stock is in first-class condition.
- Work with other departments to facilitate the efficient procurement of parts.
- To assist staff and customers in parts identification.
- To ensure all paperwork, documentation and requisitions are properly recorded within stock control system.
- To carry out stock inventory checks daily.
- To efficiently retrieve parts and monitor stock levels to ensure the ordering function meets customer demands.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with industry standards.
- All other reasonable duties when requested.

You will need to be punctual, organised and efficient in your work, and be communicative, professional and pro-active when dealing with the customer and colleagues.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Three years’ experience
- IT literate
- Experience of stock control software
- Full UK Driving Licence
