The role offers £35 300 per annum plus bonus (£55 000OTE) and a company car/car allowance.

As a Hearing Aid Dispenser, you will play a crucial role in assessing, fitting, and dispensing hearing aids to individuals with hearing loss. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalised care to clients, guiding them through the process of selecting the most appropriate hearing aid solution based on their unique needs and preferences.

You will conduct thorough hearing evaluations, make expert recommendations, and ensure accurate and comfortable fitting of hearing aids. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support, conduct follow-up appointments, and assist with hearing aid repairs and maintenance.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations using the latest audiological equipment and techniques.
- Assess individual hearing needs and provide expert recommendations on suitable hearing aid options.
- Fit and dispense hearing aids, ensuring accurate programming and comfortable wear for clients.
- Conduct follow-up appointments to monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to the hearing aids.
- Educate clients on the proper use and care of their hearing aids.
- Provide ongoing support and address any concerns or questions related to hearing aids.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate client records and ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in hearing aid technology and industry trends.

**You need to have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Audiology or related field
- Experience working as a HAD or recent Graduate in Audiology
- Proven experience in assessing, fitting, and dispensing hearing aids.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help individuals with hearing loss.
- Proficient in using audiological equipment and software.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry advancements.
- Commitment to maintaining ethical and professional standards.
