**PE Instructor - Southend**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Plan and deliver high-quality physical education lessons that engage students and help them develop a love of sport and physical activity

Encourage students to reach their full potential and support them in developing their skills and confidence in a variety of sports and activities

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, where students feel valued and respected

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a seamless and supportive experience

Continuously evaluate and adapt teaching methods to meet the changing needs of students

**Requirements**:
PE teaching experience

A passion for sport and physical activity and a desire to inspire and motivate students

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues

A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
